In vier jaar tijd is het huis geleidelijk afgebouwd tot een volledig woonhuis. Het ligt aan een doodlopende weg naar de rivier de Semois. Het is vrijstaand, met een voor- en achtertuin. Aan de overkant van de straat is er bos. Het is een kind- en speelvriendelijke omgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Het huis bevat gelijkvloers een entree, woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer, badkamer en afzonderlijk toilet. De garage wordt niet meeverhuurd en wordt gebruikt als opslag voor onze materialen.
